Is burning 100 fat grams and 320 calories an accurate figure after running for 2 miles and 6 mph?

The 100 grams of fat is definitely not accurate.

The 320 cals could be, but this really depends on your weight. The lighter you are the less calories you will burn. So if you are heavier 320cals could be right. It will also depend on your fitness level.

Typically, I wouldn't go off the calories burned showing on machines at the gym unless you have to enter your weight before you start your work out.

I suggest opening an account with www.sparkpeople.com (free). You can enter in exercise and it will give you an approximation of how many calories you will be burning according to your weight and speed etc.

not even close 100 fat grams is 900 cals.

exercise to exercise not just to burn calories. the focus should be on the exercise, not the energy expended to perform it

Honestly it really depends on how much you weigh and how active you are- if you are thin and/or active you will burn less calories than someone who is inactive and/or heavy. I personal burn in 1 mile 136
