I want to convert English writing into some other lngiage like french ,German etc...Please Help Me

This will convert English text to several foreign languages. Its text to speech, not a text translator. You can download all of the languages (male and female) after you install it.

Babblefish is my favorite.

It offers more languages than any other one I've found and it does translations for single sentences or will do entire websites. About halfway down the page on the right, click on "free translation" and it'll let you pick text, email or website translation after it takes you to a new screen.

go to google.com and type in "language translations google" and the first one should be a branch of google where you type in the text you want translated and select which language you want it translated into and hit enter. it works really good.
