Yes it does be cause when you have an anxiety attack you breath in too much oxygen and it goes to your brain because of the higly oxgynated blood thats why if you breath into a paper bag you breath in carbon dioxide so you are breathing less oxygen at one time.

in my opinion, a paper bag WOULD help u surpass an anxiety attack. a paper bag helps oxygen get trapped and while u breath it, u begin to make the oxygen flow more naturally into your heart; finally making the attack go away. hope it helps!

The paper bag would help you from hyperventilating. I would assume that's what would happen if you have an anxiety attack, though I've never had one.

Yes it does. Anything that will limit your oxygen intake and increase/stabilize CO-2 helps when you are in an anxiety attack...

It can - what it does is loosen up your bloodflow - so it's very possible that it could help.
