Probably a small minnow of some sort. Live is probably better. When I was a kid I saw them feeding the pirahnas in an aquarium store -- they just used the cheap goldfish from the tank beside it. The pirahnas didn't seem any more brutal than the other fish I've seen eating live baitfish.

Are you sure those aren't Tilapia? They have very similar color and markings. If it is Piranha use a small size 4 hook and any piece of bloody meat or fish.

A gold fish would probably work, but if its a small pond u8se a casting net....it would be a whole lot easier.

cut the bottom of your big toes.....squeeze the blood into the water...wiggle both big toes until you get a bite...that will be the fish you are looking for...good luck and good fishing....thanks for asking
