just first of all Realize that she was not the one for you, and that you Will find your One when you least expect it.. everything happens for a reason, even though it sucks more for some people than others... but if she didn't love you and return your feelings then why would you want someone who didn't love you anyways? that would hurt ever worse. i know, i've been there. you need to just live your life FOR YOURSELF.. do things that make yourself happy.. go join clubs and things... and meet new people..... especially if you meet someone else then that helps. move on, so you can find that next lucky someone who Will share your love! :) best wishes to you.

I'm sorry you are hurting grieving its the same thing &
yes you need to grieve the loss & that is quite normal
you do have to keep busy & take up a sport if you are real sad
or do volunteer work because you will be helping some poor sod &
at the same time it will help you
even have a nice holiday , like a tour type where you are with people that will be real good for you!
just know time heals all things & later on when you are feeling good
you will love another
take care

Sadly you can't change the way you feel. Which means the old saying "Time heals all wounds" is actually true. It is so difficult to feel so strongly about someone you just can't have but the best thing to do is NOT follow her around like a lost puppy...I can assure you this is a total turn off and is not going to change her mind. You should simply find something that interests you and throw yourself into it...chances are you'll not only spend less time being sad about this girl and you might actually find someone who enjoys the samethings you do who will turn your head.

I say pick up a hobbie... knitting maybe... if your that ambitious. Or do the paintball thing, shooting things always help. All joking aside, if it didnt work out there is a reason. That door closed, dont be so busy looking at the shut door to see the others opening.

This has happened to me before. Everything you have that reminds you of her erase it from your life. EVerytime you find yourself thinkin' about her or lookin' at her, just don't do it. It will be really hard at first. Give it time, you'll eventually get over her.
