It seems like he might like me but i'm not sure, i feel like he looks at me but I just can't get the confidence to look back.

Just take a deep breathe and look back when you think he's looking...I mean if he likes you he'll look quickly away because he thinks you'll think he's weird for staring at you. You need to talk to him and flirt with him a little. I know it's hard but even just talking to him will make him think ur interested and if he's the type of guy you want, he'll act on that and ask you out.

Well i am in a similar kind of situation here
Simple smile tells you a lot, if other person is interested he will revert back smile otherwise he may look at you strangely.

Honestly, the best possible thing you can do, is to look back up at him give him straight eye contact for like at least a second and give him a really cute smile. SEriously, girls have done that to me before, and it just melts me. Try it, nothin' bad is gonna happen, its just eye contact.

if you want him to notice you you gotta have some kind of confindence.. at least act like you do. things will be better if you and him started to make small conversations and go from there. things will get easier and you'll grow to be comfortable around him.. comfortable enough to look him in the eyes.

i had the same situation once me and my ex b/f were at the park and we were sitting together and he wanted to look at me in the eyes but i was to shy so he told me he was going to count to 5 seconds to look at him and if i didnt look at him hell give me a kiss but one time i told myself im stop being shy so when i was with him i made eye contact with him

every time you see a guy that you like, you should walk with your head high and show that your confident, even if you aren't. in time you will become more confident. just acting confedient will make you feel confident and confidence is HOT to guys.

Just look at him nicely and smile. If you think he likes you then he probably does and even if he does not he will just think your nice and wont be weirded out by a smile.

just nonchalantly turn your head towards his direction and if he's not looking at you then you don't look stupid....but!
if he is looking at you or he's turning away from you, then go and talk to him! you can't have relationships with just eye contact you noe

oh gosh i just got over the same thing on friday and we had never talked before. i asked him his name and he started to talk to me more and now we talk all the time and i like him even more than before...just get up all the courage inside of you and talk to him if you've never talked before introduce yourself if you have just casually come up next to him in the hallway and be like hey whats up? and make small talk... =] good luck
