The best thing to do is probably cut them off and find a conditioner that is specially formulated for split ends and use it often, so it doesnt happen again.
BUT if your growing your hair out then go to a beauty supply stor or even walmart and find a frizz ease or shiny serum and rub it on your ends then flat iron over it, and it will hide them and protect them from getting worse.

Try some oil based products to help moisturize the hair. And give it a second shot with the curling iron after that. Should work much better that way.

you need too use a good conditioner weekly. I had that similiar problem and I started too wash my hair every week with a shampoo&conditioner in one, then I used conditioner went under the drier for 15 minutes and washed it out. After I put a quarter drop of the conditioner and left it in my hair and wrapped my hair, and I went under the drier and my hair was soft and manageble. I been doing this for 6 months now and my hair is growing really nice. Try it... make sure that you get your ends clipped every 6 to 8 weeks.. Good luck!!!!
