Uggg. These people.
Your bird can eat whatever YOU eat. There are a few exceptions to that rule and those are: Chocolate, Avacado, Alcohol and Caffeine.
Other than that, your birds can eat anything that you eat. My birds eat a variety of cooked human food. For treats, guess what they love? PEANUT BUTTER.
I have a Military Macaw, an Umbrella Cockatoo, a Double Yellow Headed Amazon, and a cockatiel. I am also fostering an Orange Wing Amazon and up until this afternoon, I also had a Greenwing Macaw that I was fostering.
My birds are all in excellent health, and only eat pellet as about a quarter of their diet. The rest is fruits, vegetables and regular ole food that we eat. Rio, my Military's favorite hands down is Taco's. Oscar the Umbrella likes Manicotti, our DHY Amazon loves good ole' fashioned meat and potatoes, and the cockatiel will eat anything so long as she gets to eat if off your plate before you do.
So...if all you have in the house is organic salted honey peanut butter, give her some organic salted honey peanut butter. In moderation of course. I wouldn't set the jar in there, but a teaspoon of it will probably make her very happy until you can get to the store.
These people with their "absolutely nots..." Geez.

I would be very cautious about giving birds food containing salt!!
Consumption can cause excess drinking and urinating, depression, neurologic hyperactivity, tremors, and death. When necropsied, birds with excessive consumption of salt have a great deal of fluid buildup in the brain and are hemorrhaging.
****Remember, a bird eating one potato chip with salt is comparable to our eating 50 chips!****

No, the salt will kill it by causing organ failure. I'm sure you can go to the pet shop or supermarket and get some bird food.

nope, but bird food it's VEEEEEEERY cheap if you know where to buy it plus, peanut butter will get stuck in your pet's bowels and salt will kill her from kidney failure in a few weeks if not days, plus you should have thought better if you could feed her before getting her!
