is it true that if you wear a bra to bed ur boobs won't grow?

Oh, no. These are all just legends. Your breasts will grow on there own, so let nature take its course.
The bra is meant for support, so you may actually be helping them by wearing a bra at night. The more you don't wear a bra, the more the breasts will sag.
The worst possible thing that could happen is that your chest will be sore and it may reduce breathing, and cause a lack of sleep.

Wearing a bra to bed doesn't effect if your breasts grow or not, but it might be uncomfortable. I wear a cami with a built-in bra to bed so I have some protection like a bra, but there aren't wires and it's not as tight.

i've also heard of that-that's y i never wore 1 2 sleep, but then i heard that if u wear bra 2 sleep, it helps your boobs not 2 sag-so i have no idea

Never heard of that in my life. And why would you wear that tight bra to bed anyway....little uncomfortable you think?

Oh, I haven't heard that one in a while. I had hoped that urban myth had died out with "you can't get pregnant if he cums outside me" and those others that are SO wrong.

But what can happen is that you restrict your breathing, and you could develop some sleep problems. You may not get as much sleep as you should and end up tired (or worse) each morning.
