No, as long you are both legal, then it's no big deal. However, I would take things slow just to be careful.

No your age difference isn't too much if you both respect yourselves and each other. However, I would assume that both of you are at different points in your lives. There is a huge difference between what your perspective will be compared to his and that can lead to some serious problem if you plan to have an independent life. If you are planning on becoming a housewife as soon as possible then don't worry about it because you need to take charge much anyway. I say, that you should just have fun. But make sure that you recognize if things start to move too fast or if they are starting to get out of control.

I would have to say that I couldn't personally date a guy that was 29, and I'm 20. 29 is way too close to 30 for me; I couldn't see myself dating a guy in his 30's.
It basically comes down to how you feel about age. If you're not bothered by it, then don't worry! Just make sure that he's with you because he is really interested in you and not because you're so young.

Do you know what his intentions are, and what are you intentions for this relationship. There is a reason why he is more respectful then guys 18, he was brought up in a different time and has different values then 18 years old, but he may have longer intentions then just random dating, and you are just 18 you are still a baby.

Of course not!! I dated a 27 year old when I was 18. He was one of the best things that had happened to me! BUT....only problem was that he was A LOT more experienced than myself and he was cheatin on me left and right. I still stuck by him even after I found out but eventually, it all came to an end. He was the nicest, sweetest, most charming dog that I ever ran in to. But good luck on that sweetie.

I think when a 29 year old man wants an 18 year old girl he's either immature or needs to be in a relationship as a father figure.
Of course there's always the exception.

It's nobody's business who you date. Make sure you aren't going for the big brother you never had. You maturity matches.
Just remember, women outlive men. You're already 11 years younger.
It doesn't matter. This relationship is just a test anyway, unless you are hot to get married. He might be willing.

Love is love. Gay, Les, Bi, Old, or Young.
Age difference doesn't matter as long as it's legal.
Take it slow just in case~
Hope things work out for the best ! <3

You just turned eighteen which means you were probably dating him since seventeen. That's weird. Maybe you should not continue this relationship.
