I have not eaten breakfast on a workday morning for a LONG time. I used to eat a banana every day, or an orange.

I eat Eggs, Bacon, (canadian or regular) a grapefruit, some milk, toast, coffee, 5 pancakes, 2 waffles, a protien shake, some oatmeal, cereal, and maybe some breakfast burritos from Mc Ds...
AND THATS JUST ON THE WEEKDAY!!!!

About all I have time for in the morning is a can of Slim Fast (Strawberries & Cream, yum). I may have a cup of instant oatmeal later mid-morning.

Cup of water, first thing upon waking up. I then cook 1 cup of organic steel cut oats. Pour skim milk on it. I have that everyday, and have had it everyday for about 15 years now. The stuff is addictively delicious!!

Weekdays - biscotti or whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Weekends - love grits with low fat cheese and turkey breakfast sausage
