well something is obviously wrong. talk with the shelter you got him from about it but take him to a vet asap. yorkies can crash very quickly. they are so small and go hypoglycemic very quickly. go go now!!

i adopted a dog once from the shelter and it done this too i would say it has worms look in its mouth and see if its pink or if its white if its white he has the worms and he needs treated asap he may get weeker while been wormed mine did but he came out of it so hope fully you got him in time to do this some people i know use beer to worm there dogs but i bought the stuff i used from a feed store . well good luck and keep us posted

sounds like a trip to the vet may be a good idea
may have some health issues that are reeking havoc with him but may be easily treatable
am sure he is a doll!

Sounds like Distemper or nerological damage. I would go to the vet right away.
