parent like that really should not. But fir me it depended on what kind of abuse you are talking about.If it lack of food and cleaning, then yes. Rgeir are parent classes and cousling. if thet dud these things and someone watch after them. Then yes. For we all have pain and just maybe there was some past pain in their life, and if the children wabts to be with the parebts and the parent xhange . them give them one more changes

I think they might have a chance of getting ther children back if they go through a parenting class and so personal one on one help with ther problem or the matter. because one one is perfect and we need a secound chance.

i think if they go threw classes and have earned trust its ok as long as children servises checks in regularly
