Is there anywhere on the internet I can go for free that will change english words into spanish?

I am a landlord who has a few residents who speak only Spanish, and it's hard to communicate with them. Or if there are no programs on the Internet, does anyone know where I can purchase a program that will make the appropiate changes? Thank you in advance.
