His parents. Who created god's parents, their parents
which came first man or god
something with a brain thought of god
We as a race(human) have come a long way: first man was enthralled by fire, then we made a god for every natural action(wind, rain, etc..), then the number of gods were reduced and they covered vast regions(sea, land, love, war), then the number of gods was reduced even more separating people(Christians, catholics, Muslims, Judaism), and now the number of gods has reduced to zero. The numbers of people who believe there has never been any gods is growing. What is the next step?

God didn't need to be created because He always existed. We cannot explain this with human reasoning as we might desperately want to do, simply because God defies human reasoning. We are His created beings, so we expect everything to be created or made. God didn't need to be created because He is God and always existed. Even if a person doesn't believe in God, one would have to think that in the wildest imagination of what a God could be, it could logically be assumed that by the mere definition of the word "God", He is all powerful and can do anything and everything, including existing always and forever without having to be created.

I believe you can answer the question :"From where did you come from?" And also "Who 'created' you in your mother's womb?" Your answer would be "From my father!"
Now, to answer your question about Who created God, you have to ASK HIM, not any human being!
Ask God: "Who created you, God?"
But in order for you to hear Him, obey his teachings which already written in your heart!

That is like asking an infant who made his parents? The infant does not have the knowledge yet to barely comprehend much other than they exist. How can he know anything beyond that? We don't have a clue. He just is.

No one created God. God was always there. human minds are too small to understand it yet but we use what we know, someday we'll know.

it would be more logical to ask other more answerable questions and work up to that one. like, how does space end? If you dont know the simple ones then you shouldnt give any thought to that one.

sorry if I seem irked, but this question is over asked....
no one created God, as He existed before the dimmension of time. If He's outside of time, He needs no tempral limits such as a creation point.
