Start by doing cardio in small measures like 20- 25 situps before you go to bed also don't eat past 9:00pm drink alot of water and watch what you eat. Sub fast food for nuts and apples if you can walk two blocks early in the day and in the evening trust me you will begin to see improvements.

start lightly... start by taking 30 minute walks a day. Gradually increase your pace to make your heart pump, not to the point of having a heart attack, but just enought to break a sweat. Then once your good with that, try jogging a little.

you could walk your dog (if you have one) around your neighborhood and walk a mile a day and when that's really easy try 2 miles... that might help and be easy enough. Don't forget to eat healthy foods along the way. Bye ! :)

check with your doctor and they can give you some exercises that you can do. Your doctor can also help you lose weight, if you want to.
