Are you christian because you chose to be? Or because that's just what you were taught to believe when you were growing up? Sounds to me like you don't have too much interest in the whole thing. Maybe you should think about learning about some other religions, then you can decide for yourself what you believe and not just believe what your told. I would suggest reading a few other bibles, even the satanic bible can be very informative to the devout christian. Although i doubt too many have actually read it. There is no sin in educating yourself about the ALL of the different ways of the world, not just the "christian way". There are hundreds of different religions out there, why are you so convinced the bible is right? After all it was written by man. There is no truth, only interpretation....

I pray regularly, though not usually before bed. I'm too tired to pray then. Of course, this isn't praying the way most people do, and I'm not Christian, so that certainly changes things a bit.

I pray all the time. When I pray it is more like a converstation in my head with the Lord. I pray on my way to work, at work, before bed, whenever and wherever. And that guy who said it doesn't matter in your case, God isn't listening, what a hypocrite!! Sorry, but God listens to all who come willingly.

I'm sure God appreciates it that you only speak to Him when you are bored.
Next time you pray, why not thank Him that He doesn't treat you the same way eh?

Sure, so long as it isn't just habit. I must confess, it's really hard to get more than a few prayers out after a long day before I crash.
