Ok so for a while now I have been wondering if I am doing too much of weights a week.
I do work outs at home, and I do Jari Love's weight workouts, I alternate 3 of them, so I do them each once a week--that is 3 times a week I do them...and they are an hour long. I do some cardio before each one (30 min) and on my off days I do 45-60 min of just pure cardio (kickboxing or step, or hi/lo)
I usually only take 1 day off a week- now I do not need to lose weight, I am in good shape--I mean I am just trying to maintain--I am 5'7 and I weigh 120. Now my question is, do I need to be doing this much to maintain? I do not diet either, I love food! So that is one reason why I workout 6 days a week.
Any feedback is much appreciated! Also, I am an advanced exerciser, if that helps. I do a lot of jumping with the step too, which I know you should only do a couple times a week, because it is bad on the joints.

You may want to schedule in another rest day so that you do not burn yourself out and over train. Other than that, what you do is obviously working.

I only workout 3 days per week to maintain less than 5% body fat year round. And I am in my 40's. Then again, I watch my nutrition.

Here is a link to a sample workout if you want to throw in some variety.

I do weight lifting, agility, and cardio work 3 times a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I maintain my weight very easily with this. I'm 6'0, 200 pounds. My legs are solid muscle and my arms are getting there. You get my point.

with all that cardio and weights your doing, you should be just fine if you kicked it down to 3 or 4 days a week.
