If you are totally unfamiliar with Excel and trying to create your own spreadsheet, learning the basics is pretty easy. I learned the basics of the ancient Lotus 1-2-3 (a precursor to Excel) in about 4 hours in 1985. Unfortunately I don't think anyone can teach you this in a question and answer forum like this. I'm not sure if the Excel tutorials provided by Microsoft are any good or easy to find or work with. You might want to look into Video Professor, or you can just buy a book.
If you are familiar with Excel and have specific Excel questions, I'm sure that I (or other Excel users) can help you. But you will have to ask a question that is specific, that doesn't require someone to have a copy of your Excel file. Unless someone here is nice enough and has the time to do this, unfortunately I can't.
