I smoked for.. about a year with no problem.. But ately if i smoke or go around smoke i get extremely like disorientated and lightheaded... which lasts for like quite literally a month.. but t gets worse if i smoke or am around smoke..
I dont know if my body is now just rejecting it or if im actually allergic to it. Help?

There are so many additives to cigarettes, who is to say what you are allergic to?

Best advice anyone can give to you is to quit.

As for being around it, many places in the US are now smoke-free. Avoid places like bars that may have heavy smoke. But do see your doctor. He/She could perhaps do an allergen test to see what the trigger is.
