What is the meaning of these poems?

To say I love you comes so easy to say.

Kissing your lips brightens my day.

I carry your love with me where ever I go.

It’s planted in my heart where our love grows.

My thoughts are filled with visions of you.

They keep me happy because I know this love is true.

Your eyes warm my soul with your touch so tender.

I pray to the Lord above that I feel like this forever.

Sunshine

Everyday your sunshine brightens my day.
Sharing years, good times and the tears.
Your a cool fresh rain,
bringing life to my dry, desert plain.
I believe we will always be.
Together our love will last forever.
In your arms so tight,
passionately embracing in the moon light.
From the start, loving you with all my heart.
I see why by looking into your eyes.
Loving you shows me how beautiful my life can be.

I hate to be so trivial, but this sounds like classic adolescent love poetry. It has very little meaning beyond the obvious, I love you and think you're terrific. There is very little new or challenging in these poems and they aren't very well written, in my humble point of view. To write about love and make it meaningful, one must say something about love that is new or is perceived in a new way. These poems just don't do that. It is about how I love you and how happy I am when I am with you. Okay, but what is new in that? I think the real issue is, and if I had to write about these poems this is the direction I would go, is what will happen when love dies? How real is the love that is described here? Is this emotion or is this true love? What is the difference between love, infatuation, self-gratification through someone else's presence, lust and adolescent need.

Well obviously both are love poems...that goes w/o saying. I can't see any hidden meanings....but I did notice the first is physical love and the second is emotional love.
