what actually happend after stoping creatin, i have heard that all the weight is WAter and u lose it after you stop using the product.

You have to stop every four weeks...if you cycle it correctly there is not a loss of mass...if you do not continue to use it you will lose some mass, but it takes time to lose it...

There are better supplements to use than creatine that do not have to be cycled..

creatine is for strength training.

strength training with the proper diet will increase the amount of muscle mass if there is a caloric excess. creatine does increase intracellular hydration, this is the initial "weight" gain that is seen with creatine supplementation. typically the weight that was gained the first 7-10 days when creatine supplementation was started will be lost when creatine supplementation is halted.
