Are these jumbo cookies or cookies the size of an oreo ?if you buy one of those saucer-sized cookies at Starbucks or Barnes & Noble it cost 1.50 or 2.00. In terms of pricing you would need to survey the competition. It seems to me it would be easier to sell your cookies directly to cofffee shops, restaurants and stores rather than open your own store and pay people to stand there and wait on customers 12 hours a day. But what do I know?

depends...not familiar with great American cookies. Mostly though I have paid ...about 1.00 to 1.79 for one cookie if it is one of those "giant" sized cookies. If they are regular sized....about 4.00 a dozen sounds right if they are REALLY good ones.

But....normally the way someone calculates the price is to factor in the cost of the ingredients and time along with the costs of the energy source used to bake them (gas or electric) and divide that out till you get an approximate cost of production per unit ...then tack on what you want in profit and arrive at a sales price.

Okay, well it depends on how big the cookies are. Also, since you are not to popular now, dont make the price too high, but people also like homemade things. So my guess is to range it about a doolar. See how many customers you get! Good Luck!
