Please help it would mean a lot when I get older I want one soooooo bad.

Try to find a reputable breeder. Please don't purchase one from a pet store... they almost always come from puppy mills.

There is no place where you can just go "buy" a dog. NEVER buy from a pet store. NEVER buy from a newspaper ad.
http://search.petfinder.com/search/search.cgi shows a whole list of Pomeranian and Pomeranian mixes in NY. Please adopt from a shelter! They don't just have 5 year old dogs, they have puppies, too.
