ive been making volcanos for my family members. Volcanos are brownies, cut into three slim slices, leaned against eachother (in the form of a volcano) with ice cream on the inside of the little volcano, topped with whip cream and hot fudge(as the lava. =)...) but ive been having problems making my brownies so theyre not too chewy and crumbly, which makes the volcano collapse. =( any tips would be greatly apprectiated.

I would make them more lake cake brownies instead of fudge brownies. If you are using a brownie mix, follow the directions for cake brownies. These are more dense and hold together alot better.

This sounds evil and decadent! Maybe chill them first so they are a little more manageable. Good luck.

Over baked. The chocolate would not have something to do with it except it wasn't a baking chocolate. be certain you do not over do baking powder or baking soda...that could screw up any recipe.
