I highly doubt you'll lose that much weight as quickly as you want. However, the advice I have for you is simple. Diet and exercise-a lot of it. Now, the worst thing you can do is starve yourself. If you do this your body will think food is scarce and will do everything in its power to preserve as much of the fat cells in your body as possible, making it even harder to lose weight.
Best steps to weight loss:
Drink LOTS of water, avoid soda like the plague.
Eat healthy, and dont buy into all those diet drinks, fad deit plans, etc. Those are both unhealthy and very rarely work in even small ways. Food to eat would be green leafy vegetables, poultry(chicken with no skin, breasts are best), rice, and ramen noodles without the flavoring packet as that has WAY too much salt.
PS: Avoid lots of salt in the diet, as it will cause you to retain water weight. Don't cut it fully fromy our diet though.
Go for lots of walks, or take up dance aerobics (doesnt matter if you can dance or not). Anything that gets your heart rate up will help burn those calories.
Dont lift weights if you want to lose weight-remember, muscle weighs far more than fat does, so if its weight that your worried about, dont do muscle building exercises. Focus on your cardiovascular health.
good luck, but also try to set realistic goals for yourself in the future. If you want to look good for next summer, dont weight until middle of spring to start losing the excess weight and toning up.

pray. And hopefully, you'll get an answer that works for you very well. Keep eating, whatever you do... just change the amounts and/or types, until you find you don't put on weight (weigh in, each day, at the same time if you can). Make your body work harder... try running and walking each day (but stretch first, and suck your gut in - just in a comfortable way, so you can keep it up and it gets tighter gradually). You may not care about your health, but God does, and so I won't tell you any of the "evil-ways", I've heard of or can imagine!

try to only drink water, no soda at all! drinking a can of soda everyday will make you gain 15 pounds throughout the year. eat small amounts of food throughout the day. don't deprive yourself from food. if you are craving it eat a small amount. try to eat a minimal amount of chips or fries they make you bloated. and don't chew gum so often it also makes you bloated. with just doing that i lost 10 pounds in less than 2 months and that was without exercise. so if you exercise you will lose it faster. ride a bike, go jogging, go swimming, and lift small weights so you keep your body toned. hope this helped. :]
