DON'T DIET! it DOES slow down your metabolism and causes u to gain MORE weight! Eat! If you're active, you won't gain weight and have a better chance of loosing weight.

I went to a weight loss doctor, they said you are supposed to eat small meals (duh) women should have around 30 grams of fat a day and men 35 grams. Your calories should be around 300 calories a meal. That and 30 minutes of exercise they said it's a guarantee? But after sticking to it you really won't be starving yourself you will actually get full.

1,000 calories is not unusual for a diet, but your must consult with your physician to see if 1,000 calories is right for YOU and your health.
