how I can understand this behavior?

i really dont know how to start describing this question , i will try to make everything flow right now, so If there insult answers or something like that i will deleted so here I go /.......

I am having trouble to understand some behavior about Females....... I dont know how they want to make me think or feel , or how they can send a message to let me know what if means.. why Do females in some way want to make you confuse by telling you something that is not really true, I mean when they say yes is a no ... or when you ask someone out they say they are busy or not have time and give you a number but , when you call her she say she is busy and will call you back and never called.......When you feel they are interested they simply like you as a friend... How to really understand this behavior is what I want

I understand your dilemma about girls,if you are too pushy as a person, girls kindna back track on you,so just take it easy,and maybe when you called they were really busy and too tired to return your call.If I were you I would go to the library to search books on how to have charismatic personality,this book of Dale Carnegie on HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE is good book to read, you can learn a lot on these books...Good Luck, I hope you will have a lot of girlfriends,opps,did I say that??

well let me start out by saying not all women are confusing like that sum will tell u how it is...
& sum jus like to play them lil chilish games....but they do it to get u to notice them...& ask them question most the time it means they like u but don't kno how to tell you.
