I have had a lisp since i was little. I used to go to speech class but that never helped and was embarrassing. We dont have it at our school any more any way so I cant do that. 2 kids make fun of me all the time and i dont like to talk much. My teeth are also shaped wierd which adds to the problem and i cant get braces. When I talk my s's sound right to me. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT I CAN DO?

I dont think there isnt anything you can do. I seen on the cable guy where he got hit in the face and he lost it. But I wouldnt want you to do that. If your old enough and you like piercings. Just get a tounge ring. Then you have an excuse.

well i aint really got an activity for you, but i have a lisp aswel and im 13, people at school laugh at me because of it. but after i started doing this they soon slowed down a bit.
what i did is ignore them, if they start laughing at you ignore them pretend they aint there, you were born with a lisp its the way you are, i ignore them, but i still look for a way to get rid of my lisp just incase one day i find it and i hope you do too..x

Well you might have to get braces my teeth were shaped funny and i had a terrable lisp and I hated it like three months after it slowly went away and now BOOM its gone

You need to go back to speech therapy. You were too embarrassed to really put yourself into it. So, you have to stop that. You say you want to get rid of it, then do what it takes to make it happen.
