i also have that problem but this one is very easy. try to only drink water, no soda at all! drinking a can of soda everyday will make you gain 15 pounds throughout the year. eat small amounts of food throughout the day. don't deprive yourself from food. if you are craving it eat a small amount. try to eat a minimal amount of chips or fries they make you bloated. and don't chew gum so often it also makes you bloated. with just doing that i lost 10 pounds in less than 2 months and that was without exercise. so if you exercise you will lose it faster. ride a bike, go jogging, go swimming, and lift small weights so you keep your body toned. hope this helped. :]

Hi there, i believe a good diet plan would start off with at leas 8 glasses of water, no pop or high sugar content juices... the light versions are just as good! if you are trying to lose weight quick i would try restricting carbs... you will probably notice weight loss due to water loss, but it is a good motivation to continue a good diet. You need to develop a diet you will enjoy if you feel as if you are limiting yourself you will never be happy and most likely end up going on binges, not good! do eat the foods you enjoy in small portions. Remember, food is for energy "fuel" not just for pleasure, stress relief, or something to do when you are bored... I would also suggest jogging or walking, find a partner to do this with and you will truly enjoy it and the two of you will keep each other motivated! GOOD LUCK!

1. Eat PROTEIN in the mornings. Try to aviod eating high-in-carb meals early in the day because all this does is take you on an "energy rollercoaster" where you become very lively and then suddenly become very tired and its keep you eating more. Protein rich foods such as eggs, almonds, or Stallone's High Protein pudding (a canned chocolate, vanilla, or banana flavored pudding where there are only 100 calories, and 20 grams protein).
2. Drink a cold glass of water before meals. Drinking a glass of cold water before you eat shrinks your stomach so u have less of an appetite.
3. Always eat breakfast. if you dont, you will be craving foods (especially high in sugar) to get more energy. most overweight people dont eat in th morning because they arnt particularly hungry at this time of day when they are trying to lose weight, but it doesnt help to skip it.
4. weight lifting! the old myth: cardio, cardio, cardio. weight lifting wont give you huge muscles unless you work out like arnold schwarsenegger (i cant spell, lol). actually, weight lifting will get rid of fat, tone your figure, and burn calories even after you've stopped working out. this is key.
5. lots of sleep. a survey recently taken showed that women who did not get enough sleep were more more likely to be overweight due to lack of energy the next day.
if u have more questions, im willing to help, just emial me (ur email address wont even be shown) with questions. i just am in a rush! bye!
