Siamese cats are just fancy cats. They should be treated the same as any other cat. The only difference is that you have to pay more for one with papers. It isn't good for any cat to eat just dry food. All cats should be given some moist food, it adds some extra nutrition that a cat needs and doesn't get from the dry food. It's ok to leave dry food out during the day, but they should get wet food about twice a day.

No siamese cats are just fine on regular dry food. The only special need they have over other cats is that they demand a large amount of attention to be happy! They are more dog-like than other cats and enjoy playing games like fetch.

Siamese cats can eat pretty much any type of wet cat food (I'm assuming that you are referring to the canned/wet cat food when you mention "meat"..forgive me if I'm making the wrong assumption).
When it comes to dry food, I buy a special Siamese food for my cat. A company by the name of Royal Canin makes it. I posted their link with this answer.
My cat used to vomit often and I thought something was wrong, but it turns out that Siamese cats do not chew their food. They pretty much just grab it and swallow. So when I was giving my cat other types of dry food, she would vomit everywhere. It was horrible. I changed to the Royal Canin and the vomiting stopped.
Also a piece of advice if you experience your Siamese vomiting often....feed him/her frequently. I feed my cat a can of wet food in the morning when I wake up, and she always has dry food in her bowl. I noticed that if I wake up really late, she will eat too much food when I finally feed her and then vomit (even if its just wet food).
Sorry my answer was so long, but I just hope I prevented you from experiencing the vomit thing that I had to go through.

Just make sure that you don't change cat foods around and it stays on one kind of food all the time. They cry a lot and they need a lot of attention. They can eat Dry cat food. Don't give it any of the food that is on the list. The best food to get that is not on the list is Purina cat chow.(dry food). By switching foods around can cause a cat to get kidney problems.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLv9
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Contact your nearest veterinary college and see if they have any recommendations for you. Often the veterinary colleges will take on special cases and the fees are usually quite low. good luck!
