So there is this boy at my school, he speaks English but its just really hard understanding him a lot of the time. We both get frustrated talking to each other, but its obvious we both want to anyway. Anyway to help with this situation? I'm not sure if he likes me but i'm pretty sure i could get his interest with some help.

In Germany they say "talk with your hands and feet" which is a way of saying Body Language speaks so muchfaster than the mouth. I have gone through this, and had a very good outcome. WHen you smile the world smiles with you,let him SEE that you like him, and just be around him... we guys receive these messages quite quickly. another fact is that "women listen from the inside and men listen from the outside" you might be troubled because you cant find a way "in" by talking, but guys tend to receive visible signals better, words can be tricky and taken the wrong way anyway. but if you are walking with him alone once, take his hand or even give him a kiss if possible.. those two actions alone, speak volumes.. I personally was also quite impressed when a German woman came up to me and said something sweet to me in English... maybe you could do the same in his language. and also be prepared that you might say it wrong, and have a good laugh but he will get it right away..
Because its not always the lyrics... but the music..

Well...if u flirting with him...i suggest doing something other than talking to him. make a move like holding each other or staring into each other's eyes. That will most likely get his attention and it shows how much u like each other. or u can try learning the language he knows.

Find out how to say some things in his language, like i think you are cute. Also, when you talk to him, you have to remember that you must talk very clearly and simply. Good luck!

Learn a little of spanish, or try to understand him in what he said, if he says "Te Quiero" that means "i love you"
