Is there a statute of limitaions in Idaho for failure to appear on a misdomeanor possesion of marijuana charge?

A statute of limitations is the time that the state has to charge you with a crime. If you've already been charged with a crime, like failure to appear, then there is no time limit.

It won't go away. Get it taken care of.

Nope, there is no statue of limitations on that...you'll get a warrant. Time limitations work before you are charged, or before you go to trial...not if you avoid them.

be a man,go to court.last thing you need after pulled over for speeding is to have a warrant in your name.
