my 15 week old puppy, he pee' on his bed at night even if I take him out every 3 to 4 hours...?

is this normal?? I dont want to give up, i love him, but this is driving me crazy...is there any storys out there to set my mind at ease and give me hope? and any helpful tips would be great also.

He might have a UTI, does he pee in small amounts many times a day?? You might just want to call the vet. This site helped me with my new puppy
