Well I'm trying to lose weight! So decided to stop eating! But you know you can't COMPLETELY do that so like what could I eat that wouldn't like make me fat like healthy non-discusting things. Please help thanks!

ok don't stop eating just do this, try to only drink water, no soda at all! drinking a can of soda everyday will make you gain 15 pounds throughout the year. eat small amounts of food throughout the day. don't deprive yourself from food. if you are craving it eat a small amount. try to eat a minimal amount of chips or fries they make you bloated. and don't chew gum so often it also makes you bloated. with just doing that i lost 10 pounds in less than 2 months and that was without exercise. so if you exercise you will lose it faster. ride a bike, go jogging, go swimming, and lift small weights so you keep your body toned. hope this helped. :]

Stop, Stop don't starve your self that is the worst thing you can do If you are trying to loss weight you should go to the gym every day after school and keep a dairy so you can keep track of your current weight and the weight that you loss when coming home from the gym you should only eat fruit nothing else but eat a lot of it in the mooring so you will not get sick and don't not eat it not good for body your self you can pass out and be in dangers areas in your life I hope yo reach your finally goal good luck

Contrary to Atkins and company, eat high fiber carbohydrates with lean proteins. These should be eaten as 6 small meals throughout the day. For example:
Baked cod + brown rice + carrots or
Cottage cheese +raisins
Also, stay hydrated.

This must be combined with weight lifting to slightly increase lean mass and burn extra calories 24 hours per day, and some cardio.

Also, a measuring tape is more accurate than the scale for measuring your progress.

the thing is when u stop eating all together to loose weight then u loose the weight u want to, when u go back to your regular diet you gain tons of weight FAST...its screws up your metabolism majorly
