Up to what point do anorexics really starve themselfs? I know they eat extremly small amounts of foods but can anybody be more specific. Like how many calories they eat.

i just recently came back from anorexia..

i started off with working out and cutting my calories down to 750 per day... then 400 after a week... and as soon as i knew it i was only eating grapes for about a month..

for a month i haven't eaten anything.. now im on grapes, pudding, health drinks, and fatty foods to get my weight up...

being anorexic makes you very depressed, it isn't fun.. i regret ever doing it..

You can't really put a number on it. Sometimes they eat more, sometimes less. Some days they won't eat anything. It's kinda dependent on their age, too. Teens living with their parents might have to make it look like they are eating a lot, so they might eat all of their calories for the day in a small meal in front of their parents. I would assume though that they generally eat less than 1000, probably a lot less, because the lowest number you can get away with a day (and still be healthy) is 1200.
