What strategies would you most recommend for someone who is trying to improve their memory performance?

The recent health news is that exercise grows more neurons in the memory areas of the brain. Also, listening to music, particularly classical music, such as Mozart, improves mental performance as does learning a musical instrument. Further, it has been shown that getting a good night's sleep is necessary for retaining things learned. And there are also mental exercises and mental tricks that can be done to assist in memorization.

Eat some fresh fish, lots of Omega 6 and 9 in it.

Being serious on this:

AD/HD meds have been shown to work. Ex. ritalin, adderall, dexadrine, strattera...

though if you dont' have adhd they may make your more hyper...

Lower your stress level. The more you are relaxed the better you will remember.
