I'm falling head over heals for this guy that will probably never love me back; and even though i know that, i still have a big crush on him. I really just want to forget about him, but i keep hanging on some false hope that he likes me back. I look for even the slightest things, it so frustrating! Why can't i just stop thinking about him? He hasn't even talked to me in 2+ weeks.
I know other people have i worse then me, but anyone have any suggestions. Just feeling really crappy, i don't know how to just move on.

You need to be realistic.
Give your love to someone that will return it, doesn't that make more sense??
Who deserves your love more than a guy that actually wants to give you his love??

From the point of Psychology, what you are facing now is denial state.. You try to deny the fact that you two already crashed because you do love him and you don't want this to happened. So, subconsciously you keep on hanging with all kind of false hope.
What you can do is accept the truth, face it. Tell yourself that you two already broke, and you still need to go on your life, without him.
Try to do new activities, don't repeat the routine activities that you did when 2 of you were together. Pick up new habits. It works..

The only thing you can do is to talk to him, call him and tell him how you feel. Either he will say he doesn't feel the same or he might feel the same way you do. That way you will know for sure and if it's not meant to be, you can make a clean break. No more holding on to something because you'll know for sure there is nothing, Who knows....it could go the other way. You won't know until you tell him.

you can really forget about this guy...no point if he likes you back sometime later....for the fact that if he chooses to leave you for 1 reason this time round, he will definitely use the same reason or some other reason next time round. So why subject yrself to this kind of pain... get some hobbies, go out with frens...know more ppl..you will get to know more guys who are much better than him. Know talk is easy....well you have to be committed if you want to forget about him.

I have been there done that :( Not a good feeling either. It's not good to keep yourself all clamed up and waiting and keep hoping for the guy you like to come to realize he likes you to because it usually never happens. They either think they are to good for you or they think you are to good for them. Or maybe they are just shy to tell you and you are shy to tell them. It's hard when you see the guy all the time I know. Does he show you any thing? Like does he even know you exsist? Alot of times thats the case, they don't know unless you tell them. You have to take chances in life in hopes that everytihng will turn out good. I wish you the best of luck!!

You need to distract yourself and stop thinking about him. This might sound harsh, but if he liked you, then he would have approached you about it already. You need to move on. Try to keep yourself busy. Take up a hobby. Good luck.

Well, try getting really involved in work/school/sports just to get your mind off him. It also might just simply take time.

all you can really do is occupy your time with other things that will ween you off of this male figure.
