I noticed on my back, more on my left side, that there was somewhat of a bump, but it felt like it was more inside my skin than on the surface. It wasn't colored or anything so i don't think it was a blackhead, and it didn't hurt at all. When I pinched it, it felt like a hard pimple, but was on the inside of my skin. I squeezed it and a long, white pus like tail game out. It was about as long as my index finger (about 4 inches). I showed my parents and they had no idea what it was. The bump is now gone and it looks like nothing was ever even there. I just want to know what it was. So could anyone help me to identify as to what this thing was?

I'm pretty sure its a strand of bacteria caused by the build up of dirt. The "pus" can also be seen as "beads" or mushed up liquid. Since you said it was a "tail", I'm guessing you penetrated your skin to an extent where you had a tiny hole on ur back. Because of the small opening, and your applied pressure of the pinching, you destroyed the bead that the bacteria was in and the "white pus" squeezed out of your skin like a worm.
I wouldn't recommend pinching these pimples. It causes your skin to weaken and blemishes your skin (aka scars). Meaning your healed skin will lose its coloration.

Try cleaning your back more often.

It could have been a sebaceous cyst. They are actually pretty common, and can be drained at the doctors office (or DIY like you). It's an oil gland that gets clogged up and forms a cyst. They are generally harmless.
