Well i didnt know bearshare was free for only trial subscriptions... so now i have no P2P software. I need something reliable, has a great selection, FAST downloads, easy to learn, and is free! Please!!! Need answer fast ASAP! Any help would be greatly apprectiated!
By the way - I tried limewire before i got bearshare and its downloads were extremely SLOW... i dont know if its just my computer or what but I had some problems with it.

Limewire does not have viruses now a days.if the laptop crashes that is because of the fact the RAM is far less. Frankly speaking that is not mandatory that P2P softwares are viruses, yet there's a severe hazard that the report you get carry of could have viruses. so purely forget approximately making use of p2p softwares.

Limewire has two different versions, its freeware version and its full version, which you have to pay for.
The freeware version purposely is slower in order to convince trial users to buy the full version to get faster speeds. I have the free version also and it is not a problem on your computer.
As for another program, I found a nice looking program on download.com called Shareaza

Bearshare is free. Download it straight from bearshare.com. They only charge for certain special content. They can't charge you for regular P2P use because they can be found liable for profiting off of illegal downloads.

limewire pro. get limewire first then download limewire pro off it
