Your question is leaving a lot to the imagination. I don't know how well you know the person. If it's someone brand new, I think you should put your best look forward, give a warm smile, no teeth and build a friendly conversation over a period of time. If you have been knowing her for a while, ask her what does she like to do when shes not working, and pass her your business card, be patient, and wait for a response.

Just go straight up to that person and ask them but you should always wait for the right time. like if you are shy wait till that person is not with their friends or ask one of your friends to come with you or you could always ask one of your friends to do it for you
