It you feel you are SEAL material than why not stick with the Marines, just try being a GRUNT first, because if you can't handle that then you are not as ready as you think, and try out for Mar SOB, DA-SR Plt. (Force Recon's new name). They don't get cool commercials and movies made after them, but they do all the same stuff. Jump, Dive, Shoot, Good Gear and all the cool tip of the spear stuff you are looking for.
Say you go the navy and get hurt in training for some reason you could end up chipping paint on ship for 4 years and never do anything cool but get some hearing loss. At least if you get hurt in the Marines you will still get to be a GRUNT and do some fun stuff. However if you do go with Marines, get on to a DA-SR team and find it's just not "high speed" enough for you, you can always just not re enlist and then enlist in the navy and fallow the dream of being a squid.
Ohhhh and last piece of advice bro, no matter what kind of shape you think your in right now, your not even close, I highly recammend start running ( 6-10 miles), swimming (3000-5000 meters) 6 days a week, doing as many as you can in 2 mins time limits; crunches, pushups, leg lifts, hello dollys, mountain climbers, 8 count body builders with no breaks inbetween( you should be shooting for a minimum of 100 reps for each) doing pull ups, chin ups, dips and more 8 count body builders all in sets reps of 10 with no breaks till you feel like you are going to puke and then do some more till you do puke, and then do a few more till you stop pukeing. You start on that and you will have a lot easyer time accompishing wich ever Special ops dream you want.

You wait for the four years that you enlisted in the Marines, and then you can join another branch of service if you want to. If you want to do the seal thing why not just go ahead and go into Recon, and then move up from there into Force Recon.
