do you know of any low cost dental clinics, or dentists that work on a sliding scale in san diego? i have no insurance, and am in alot of pain!

Do a search for "low cost dental care San Diego", "low income dental care San Diego", or some such. It may be out there. Another option is to talk to the county health department, and see what they can tell you. Or just call a dentist, and ask them. They surely see a lot of people who have the same problem, and they will know where to refer you.
