There really isn't anything to help get rid of the amphetamines quicker, you body has to "clean" itself naturally. More than likely, you didn't hurt your health permanently. The symptoms you described as the effects of the medication. However, if the sypmtoms become too severe, do not resolve or you develop chest pain, you need to seek professional help.
Next, NEVER take other people's prescription mediciations.

This is probably not very nice to say, but maybe the side effects will make you
think about taking anything you haven't been prescribed. Be thankful that the
side effects weren't worse. I think you need to fess up and tell your parents or
go see your Dr. I hope and pray that you will be alright. We are losing too many
of our young people to drugs. Your life is too precious to mess around with by
doing what you did. You now get a clean slate to start over. Please don't try that
again. Your parents would hurt for a long time if something bad had happened
to you.

Why did you do that? First off, if you took an amphetamine, you need to drink alot of fluids. Dehydration is common, so even if you don't appear to be thirsty, force yourself to drink. Secondly, you need to eat something. Force yourself to eat. Third, you need to force yourself to get some rest. Sleep. And if you think you are going to die, you aren't. You are just having a panic attack, so settle down, relax, and breath deeply. You are going to be ok, just don't do it again. And if you really feel like something bad is happening, call for help immediately and tell them everything. I think you are going to be ok, and if this is your first time, I doubt you've done any permanent damage. Our bodies are amazingly forgiving. But that doesn't mean we should go out and trash them. Eventually, if we don't take care of them, they will wear down and permanent damage might be the result.

Ritalin and Adderall are two of the most prevalent prescription drugs used in the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Both of these medications are classified as Schedule II drugs in the amphetamine class. Even though they are stimulants, when prescribed as directed by a medical provider in standard doses for people with ADHD and ADD, these prescription drugs assist people with AD(H)D to sustain their attention for a longer amount of time. This allows them to study or complete tasks at hand much more effectively minus the feelings associated with the medications' "speed-like" effects.

Schedule II drugs, such as Ritalin and Adderall, however, have a high propensity for misuse, abuse, and dependence. Widely prescribed for school-age children by medical professionals, many adolescents and young adults snort Ritalin and Adderall as they believe that they are safe alternatives to cocaine. This school of thought could not be further from the truth. First, both the potency of Ritalin and Adderall exponentially increase when they are snorted or injected because they enter the bloodstream directly. Second, prescription medications, especially when they are not prescribed for the user, as with illicit drugs, do not diminish their potential for harm. These actions make the misuse/abuses of these substances as or more harmful than cocaine, since the user may believe snorting Adderall and Ritalin is safe.

Dangerous side effects from inhaling Ritalin and Adderall include:

respiratory problems, such as destruction of the nasal and sinus cavities and lung tissue
irregular heartbeat (heart arrhythmia)
problems with circulation
psychotic episodes
increased aggression
toxic shock
death, in extreme cases
As Adderall is similar in its chemical makeup to methamphetamine, it poses additional dangers. Extended, continuous abuse can result in developmental problems concerning the brain and negative changes in brain wave activity. If someone misuses/abuses Ritalin, Adderall, or both, help is necessary to stop using, not only to prevent further harm, but also to keep the person safe during withdrawal.
Now, what's done it's done, just make sure you don't do it again. Drink lots of water and rest, you should be back to normal in a couple of days.

You can recover from it as long as you never take the pills again. The body is pretty good at healing itself. Eat and drink lots of fluids.
