run. nothing better than running and jogging. Get off the computer now, and go for a jog :)

also you can put a block of some sort on the ground about 1 foot tall, and step up, step down. repeat, switching feet. these are called "Step-Ups" they are extremely good for cardio and leg muscles. Look them up online!
