I would say - yes take her to the vet.

When our family has been confused about that, we have phoned the vet's office, explained the situation and asked if we should come in.

So at least do that.

Wash the paw in vinegar. It would still be a very good idea to take the kitten to the vet for an antihistamine shot - that's what my own cat was given when he was stung by a bee. Apparently, bee stings could be dangerous to them.

The kitten is fine. She removed the stinger when she was licking it. Leave her alone. The swelling will go down on its own. If it hasn't gone down in a few day take her to the vet.

well how long has it been since your cat had gotten stung-if it has been about an hour-then your cat will be fine-as for the stinger -more than likely "it"(nothing was noted if it was a he or she)had pulled it out with it's teeth or sucked it out if you can not find it-
just keep an eye on your cat-if you notice any sudden changes then i would recommend taking it in to an animal hospital/vet!!

just keep him/her inside for a while and see if it gets better; if not, then take her/him to the hospital. cats usually prefer to lick any maladies than let humans help them... so cute : )
so, yeah, check the paw tomorrow morning

i would call your vet and ask them i know with dogs you can give them benedryl. I am not sure about kittens. As long as your cat is drinking water and eating and using the bathroom i wouldnt get too worried

I would ask your vet over the phone if you can do anything at home, but I'm pretty sure you can give them a teeny-tiny (probably the smallest size of measuring spoon) amount of liquid benadryl allergy.

GO to your vet or call them and ask them about getting a diphenhyeranine shot and steriod injection.
