1. You could ask her.
2. Do you ever see her out with any guys?
3. Does she ever mention another guy?
4. Ask her friends.

Her silence would be read two different ways - either she's playing with you (teasing) or she is and she's afraid to say anything for fear that it'll mess up your "relationship."

Does she want you back?
1) Again you could try asking her - nothing just a simple invitation for dinner will probably give you some insite into how receptive she is to the idea.

Just a side note: If she is married, don't put yourself through that drama. I have a friend who got involved with a married man - BAD IDEA. The likely hood of them actually leaving their spouse is small - but the likely hood you getting your heartbroken (repeatedly if you keep taking them back) is very high!
