Hey i would just like to know any breathing techniques to be able to run faster without losing my breath. My body is always able to do an extra km.. but i lose my breath!

It's all about rythym man, you have to find a breathe pattern that works for you, and keep that pattern. Losing your breath is a normal thing. I used to run 3 to 5 miles a day. Some days I would run out of breath quickly and have to compensate by changing my breathing pattern. It's not all about breathing either, it has alot to do with what you ate that day, and how much water supply your body has.

But like I said before everyone has there own way of breathing when they run, because only you know your body best.

for example: when I am in my final sprint, I tend to inhale and old for two or three seconds, almost like holding my breath...I do that like twice then breath really hard for my finish. That's just my way though. :)
