In order to have a relationship with her the main thing i looked for was communication. it's the most important part of any relationship. Can you have an on going conversation with this person? I mean no boredom and no awkward silences. if you can talk to them AND they are attractive to you, then you have it made, and there's definitely relationship material there.

Usually a guy Would like to have a freindly, nice, funny, smart and pretty girl that they get along with.
