I need some working out programs. what are the best workouts to get a six-packs without weights? and how many sets and reps should i do?

You can work your abs forever and still never achieve a six pack if you have excess body fat. If this is the case, I suggest doing cardio 6 days a week for at least 45 min., as well as a weight training program.
